Can't Trust Folks

Jumpline changed my IP address and failed to tell me. No cause for leaving them, but I've been trying to sort out and email issue for a week. Why when I opened the ticket didn't they check things out more thoroughly? See that DNS did not match their records.

I just do not understand the lack of pride some show in the work they do, or how they run their company.

Gee, I think this really is just a long tweet.
