Well, the size 48 jeans I bought did not last long. I just bought a pair of 46 jeans. I am down to 287lbs. My sugar is stable, 125 or lower almost all the time.

I am definitely feeling better. I can climb my friends 3 flights of stairs and not be out of breath at the end.

I get my next bloodwork next week. Lets see how are from 8.2% that A1C has fallen. I am hoping for a 6.x, but a low 7 will be a good start.
